The Arbutus Club Service Village  

Introducing our newest service amenity, The Arbutus Club Service Village. No more trips to different places to get your dry-cleaning, sharpen your skates, or pick up your online orders. The Arbutus Club Service Village provides all the services you need in one neat little box for you, with a pull up waiting zone parking stall to boot. All ordered and controlled easily with your phone, no muss and certainly, no fuss.

Important First Steps

  1. Register or update your current mobile phone number under your Arbutus club member account (see reception for assistance). *Please allow 1 business day for your member information to be synced before following next steps**
  2. Download the Bluebox mobile app on your mobile app store.**Please be advised: We have discontinued the use of the previous NextLevel app**
  3. Create an account using the mobile phone number registered under your Arbutus Club member account.

Smart Locker Instructions

DROP OFF ITEMS

  1. Create a Pickup Order on the mobile app to generate a ticket number.
  2. Select “Drop Off” on the screen and enter the ticket number you created from the app.
  3. Select appropriate compartment size, press “Confirm” button.
  4. Place your items into opened locker door then kindly close door so it clicks.

PICKUP CLEAN ORDER

  1. Select “Collect” on the screen.
  2. Enter your pickup code on the screen.
  3. ​Collect your items once locker door opens then kindly close door so it clicks.

PARCEL PICKUP

  1. Select “Collect” on the screen
  2. Enter your text message pickup code
  3. Collect your parcel once locker door opens then kindly close door so it clicks

  2. Select “For Club Members.”

Club Car Care

As part of The Arbutus Club's ever unfolding Club Service Village program, we are now pleased to offer our Club Car Care service. Featuring full wash and shine services, interior cleaning and detailing, and service valet options such as oil changes and 
seasonal tire exchanges.

Club Car Care FAQ

The car cleaning service is located on P3, in the underground parkade. Upon arrival, you can park anywhere in the parkade, and the car cleaning staff will pick up your car from there. You leave your car keys with the Front Desk, and retrieve them from the Blue Box on P1. After cleaning, your car will remain parked on P3.

You schedule a car cleaning appointment through the website which will be available on January 18 at 11:00 am under "Club Service" and are available in 2-hour increments, depending on the car cleaning package selected, as follows: 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, and 2pm-4pm.  Service starts on January 23.

The following car cleaning packages are available for you to choose from:

Premium Clean package — $249 (duration: just under 4 hrs)

The Premium Clean package is a thorough and meticulous interior cleaning (consisting of deep cleaning carpet and mats, cleaning the seats, detailed cleaning and wipedown of dashboard/console/doors, cleaning the windows), followed by a Premium Exterior Wash including wheels and tires. (Best suited for cars not cleaned in a while.)
 

Essential Clean package — $149 (duration: just under 2 hrs)

The Essential Clean package is a light but thorough interior cleaning (consisting of vacuuming, wiping down interior surfaces, cleaning glass, wiping door jambs), followed by a Premium Exterior Wash including wheels and tires. (Best suited for cars cleaned on a regular basis.)

For the time being, the car cleaning service is available every Tuesday and Thursday only. More days will be added as demand increases.
We are a simple car cleaning service, with limited resources. Our aim is to clean your car to the best possible condition, while causing no disruption to your daily life. As much as we'd love to help, some cars are simply too dirty for us. Things we can NOT handle well: mud, excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, bad odours, heavily stained fabric seats, old carpet stains... and vehicles that have been driven off-road. By proceeding further, you understand and accept these limitations.
